SERVICE PROJECTS

Volunteering to help others is in the lifeblood of our country.  From the earliest pioneers to the most recent immigrants, our heritage is one of everyone pitching in to help those in need.

One to two times a year, our chapter will do a service project to benefit mothers, children and families in need in our area.

Our current service project will be benefitting Cincinnati Children's Hospital  Our members donated 25 large bags of activities, books, toys and gift cards for the children and their families to enjoy during their hospital stay.

Charities that have benefitted from our service projects in the past are:

  • Mary Rose Mission - Provides food to the hungry and “food insecure” population of Florence, KY and its surrounding area. Our members donated to their non-perishible food drive.

  • Women's Crisis Center of Hebron - Leads our community in the social change needed to end domestic violence, rape, and sexual abuse.  Our members donated items to help mothers and children.

  • Madonna House of Northern Kentucky - Helps the single young woman who has chosen to give birth and raise her child.  Our members purchased and donated at least five of each item from their wish list!
